„Mniej znaczy więcej” (Ludwig Mies van der Rohe).
Urodzony w 1953 roku w Gdańsku; projektant książek i wydawca. Absolwent Wydziału Architektury Politechniki Warszawskiej i Wydziału Malarstwa i Grafiki PWSSP (obecnie ASP) w Gdańsku. Profesor na Wydziale Grafiki ASP, prowadzi dyplomową pracownię grafiki wydawniczej. Wielokrotnie nagradzany i wyróżniany w konkursie Najpiękniejsze Książki Roku, laureat Nagrody Honorowej Polskiego Towarzystwa Wydawców Książek. Od lat projektuje książki dla najważniejszych instytucji polskiej kultury (Muzeum Narodowe w Warszawie, Łazienki Królewskie, Narodowe Centrum Kultury, Teatr Narodowy). Współzałożyciel (razem ze Stanisławem Rośkiem) wydawnictwa Słowo/Obraz terytoria. Redaktor naczelny i dyrektor artystyczny wydawnictw: czysty warsztat oraz Oficyna Gdańska, współautor Encyklopedii Gdańska (2013). Autor tomów rozmów z twórcami polskiej szkoły grafiki: Jak ktoś mógł na to pozwolić! (2011), Józef Wilkoń. Szum drzew (2013), Wojciech Fangor (2014), Kilian dzieciom (2014). Redaktor serii wydawniczej Biblioteka typografii. Kurator Galerii Plakatu AMS, kurator Bałtyckich Spotkań Ilustratorów. Właściciel i dyrektor artystyczny studia graficznego i oficyny drukarskiej Pracownia.

"Less is more" (Ludwig Mies van der Rohe).
Born in Gdańsk in 1953; book designer and publisher. A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Faculty of Painting and Graphic Arts of the PWSSP (currently the Academy of Fine Arts) in Gdańsk. A professor at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the Academy of Fine Arts, he runs a graduation graphic design studio. Awarded and honoured many times in the Most Beautiful Books of the Year competition, winner of the Honorary Award of the Polish Society of Book Publishers. For years, he has been designing books for Polish culture's most important institutions (National Museum in Warsaw, the Royal Baths, National Center for Culture, National Theater). Co-founder (together with Stanisław Rosiek) of the publishing house Word / Image territories. Editor-in-chief and artistic director of the publishing houses: clean workshop and the Oficyna Gdańska, co-author of the Gdańsk Encyclopedia (2013). Author of volumes of conversations with the Polish graphic school's creators: How could anyone allow it! (2011), Józef Wilkoń. The noise of Trees (2013), Wojciech Fangor (2014), Kilian for Children (2014). Editor of the Typography Library publishing series. Curator of AMS Poster Gallery, curator of Baltic Illustrators Meetings. Owner and artistic director of the graphic studio and the printing house Pracownia.
