„Świadoma twórczości to umiejętność stawianie sobie pytań. Pytaniom tym należy dać wybrzmieć (to już sztuka)... Nie należy się spieszyć z odpowiedzią, co nie oznacza opieszałości w tworzeniu. WAŻNE PYTANIA: o indywidualizm twórczy, o sens tworzenia ideału przestrzeni (utopio wróć?), o ryzyko projektowe, czyli o eksperyment twórczy, o granicę przyzwolenia na schemat w architekturze, o dystans pomiędzy sacrum a profanum, o obecność sacrum we współczesnej przestrzeni, o sens – cel projektowania...”
Urodzony w 1963 roku. Absolwent ASP w Gdańsku, dyplom w 1997 roku. Doktor habilitowany. W latach 1998–2012 asystent w Pracowni Projektowania Architektury Wnętrz profesora Zbigniewa Parandowskiego, następnie dr hab. Beaty Szymańskiej. Od 2012 roku prowadzi III Pracownię Projektowania Architektury Wnętrz. W latach 2012-2016 Prodziekan Wydziału Architektury i Wzornictwa. Obecnie Dziekan Wydziału Architektury. Twórca autorskiej koncepcji: do-wobrażenia twórczego miejsca i przestrzeni. W dorobku ma publikację: Moja mała mitologia architektury. Teoria kształtowania przestrzeni z do-wyobrażeniam twórczym w tle. Antytraktat. Jest autorem wielu zrealizowanych projektów, takich jak hotele, wnętrza obiektów zabytkowych, domy i apartamenty, kościoły, sale koncertowe, założenia pomnikowe oraz wystawy dzieł sztuki.

IMPORTANT QUESTIONS: about creative individualism, about the sense of creating the ideal of space (utopia, please come back?), about project risk, i.e. about the creative experiment, about the limit of consent to the scheme in architecture, about the distance between the sacred and the profane, about the presence of the sacred in contemporary space, about the sense – design purpose..."
He was born in 1963. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, diploma in 1997. Post-doctoral title. In the years 1998–2012 an assistant in the Interior Design Studio of Professor Zbigniew Parandowski, then dr hab. Beata Szymańska. Since 2012, he has been running the 3rd Studio of Interior Design. In 2012-2016 Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design. Currently the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture. Creator of the author's concept: an imagining-in of the creative place and space. He has published: My Little Mythology of Architecture. A theory of spatial design with a creative imagining-in in the background. An anti-treatise.. He is the author of many completed projects, such as hotels, interiors of historic buildings, houses and apartments, churches, concert halls, monuments and art exhibitions.
